Find Where Your Organization Is Getting In Its Own Way
Something brought you here.
This assessment is going to cost you some comfort.
Maybe results aren't matching the effort going in, maybe growth has stalled. Maybe you’ve got a new strategy, or you’re implementing AI, and none of it is getting traction.
Whatever the entry point, the underlying problem is usually the same: every initiative, every strategy, every new tool has to move through the human layer to produce results.
When that layer is working, transformation lands. When it isn't, nothing fully takes hold. Most leaders look at that friction and conclude they have a people problem.
That's an incomplete diagnosis.
Your people aren't the obstacle. They're working inside a system that's quietly working against them. That's what this assessment is designed to surface.
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
What the assessment covers
Decades of behavioral science research points to three fundamental psychological needs. When the operating environment meets them, people perform at their best. When it undermines them, people disengage, hesitate, escalate decisions upward, and burn out.
Those three needs are the foundation of the UNLOK BAM Framework:
Belonging
Whether people feel connected to the mission, to each other, and safe enough to contribute what they actually see and actually think.
Authority
Whether people have real ownership, genuine permission to act on their judgment, and accountability that's matched by the authority to deliver.
Mastery
Whether people know what excellent looks like, have the support to reach it, and can see themselves getting better over time.
When all three are structurally sound, the research is consistent: productivity goes up, voluntary turnover drops, decisions move faster, and discretionary effort increases.
When even one erodes, the gap opens. Most organizations have gaps in all three. They just haven't had language for it until now.
This assessment gives you the language. And the score.
